Yay for Owen! I agree with everything he says. He's being the sensible adult in the situation, which just goes to show why he was second in command after Suzie. As much as he can act like a juvenile delinquent at times, when it comes right down to it he can do whatever is necessary for the good of Torchwood.
Jack really does owe Ianto a big apology for assuming it was him.
So can Torchwood recruit PC Andy or Detective Swanson now? Or better yet, both!
