I really like Jack's assessment of Ianto prior to hiring him. He can see Ianto so clearly, but not see him at all.
And I like Jack's reasoning to keep Ianto alive after the Cyberwoman incident and how it ties back to his experience in Boeshane as well as to the Doctor.
